冷云熙I am honored to apply for this position. I will elaborate on my strengths from the following aspects. Firstly, I grew up abroad with outstanding English proficiency and studied the English and American legal systems, while Hong Kong law tends to be more British style. Secondly, I went to the University of Hong Kong for exchange studies for a few months before.I have completed the JD course and hold a Hong Kong lawyer's license. Thirdly, during my school years, I joined a debate club and participated in international debates multiple times, winning awards and gaining a certain foundation of debate experience. Fourthly, when completing Project 2, I went to Hong Kong and had a debate with my colleagues in the Hong Kong office of Jingtian Engineering in English to understand the opponent's strength. Fifthly, I have followed my mentor into a real courtroom before and have some understanding of the judge's questions. I also have confidence in winning this competition. Thank you. 很榮幸我能申請這個職位，我會從以下幾方面闡述我的優(yōu)勢。第一：我在國外長大，英文水平突出，學(xué)習(xí)英美法律體系，而香港法律偏英式法律較多。第二：我之前去港大交流學(xué)習(xí)過幾個月，學(xué)完了JD課程，擁有香港律師從業(yè)執(zhí)照。第三：我在校期間加入了辯論社，多次參加國際辯論并獲獎，有一定基礎(chǔ)的辯論經(jīng)驗。第四：在完成課題二的時候去香港和競天公誠香港辦公室的小伙伴用英文辯論過，了解過對手的實力。第五：我曾經(jīng)跟隨導(dǎo)師進入過真實的法庭，對于法官的提問，也有一定了解，對于贏下這次比賽我也有信心，謝謝。

胡明昊I feel honored to apply for this position. I will elaborate from three aspects. Firstly, I have had eight experiences related to English mock court, including two simulated injury arbitration sessions, four Jessup sessions, and two other English mock court competitions. I have debated in 15 hearings.I answered 95% of them, I know how to become an excellent debater, and I also know how to win in debates. The second point is related to skill knowledge, and I have a good understanding of the common law system. The third point is that I am a team collaborator, and actions speak louder than words. I am an agent of collective intelligence and I know how to win the game. 朱綽盈I feel honored, so I would like to speak from several aspects. The main aspect is that I received legal education in Hong Kong, China. I graduated with honors from the Law Department of the University of Hong Kong and obtained the Professional Qualification Certificate in Hong Kong, China. During my previous internship as a barrister, I visited courts throughout Hong Kong, China.And personally experienced various cases. I am familiar with court procedures and trial techniques. Now it is a civil lawsuit involving the cross application of different laws. I am confident that my educational background and practical experience can bring victory to our team. 陳毅敏我現(xiàn)在越來越期待他們這次模擬法庭的比賽了。

劉思遠我沒想到，云熙竟然跟著導(dǎo)師上過真實的法庭，而且她之前和香港那邊對戰(zhàn)過有一定經(jīng)驗，這次這邊勝算還是很大的，駱少，香港是你的主場也是你的老東家，你期待哪邊獲勝。

駱嘉昀當(dāng)然是這邊了，我現(xiàn)在是她們的帶教律師，她們贏了我也開心，云熙的團隊協(xié)作和組織能力在之前都有體現(xiàn)，這次應(yīng)該也能發(fā)揮作用。

駱律走到實習(xí)生工位。

駱嘉昀我剛才說了會有兩位代表所有實習(xí)生出庭，到截止時間我一共收到五位實習(xí)生的請戰(zhàn)郵件，我們會進行一個模擬考核，你們自由組隊，選出兩位最佳人選。

駱律的話剛說完，kim就迫不及待的向云熙發(fā)出邀請。

云熙笑著答應(yīng)了，自己畢竟在香港大學(xué)交流學(xué)習(xí)過，還修完了JD課程，和香港大學(xué)的kim，確實算校友。

落后kim一步的王藝言妤、胡明昊有點惋惜，他們都想和云熙一組，這樣勝算更大一些，沒想到kim反應(yīng)迅速，立刻向云熙發(fā)出邀請。

兩組開始比賽，最后還是云熙和kim配合默契，而且兩人更精通香港法律，贏得了此次的模擬法庭的出戰(zhàn)代表名額。
