Kiyoshi doesn't respond, still focused on the wall opposite him.

"So, do you want me to leave?"

"Huh?"

He turns his gaze away from the wall and faces Ryouta. Ryouta is holding his hands together in front of him.

"Because if you want me to leave then please tell me so I can go."

Kiyoshi looks him straight in the eye, not being able to lie to him.

"You can stay."

For the first time since Ryouta started living with him, Kiyoshi goes through his routine before going to bed everyday without a single complaint. Every time he wakes up, he wants to ask Ryouta if everything is okay, but he decides against it because he knows it's pointless asking questions that will only end up with him getting a negative answer.

Ryouta seems to notice the changes in Kiyoshi's attitude whenever he gets home. He always tries to smile and give him a hug, but Kiyoshi always brushes him off. He doesn't want Ryouta to feel bad; that's why he avoids him during the week. He thinks Ryouta deserves to be treated nicely, especially since he made an effort to take care of him in the past.
